Contract Mobilisation

The time allocated following the completion of a procurement exercise prior to the start of service delivery is arguably the most critical for both a client and a contractor.

pml contract mobilisation 1If the contract mobilisation process goes wrong it can affect the whole service delivery, if it goes well it will lay the foundation for the success of the contract. PML has worked with many Local Authorities and Social Landlords, supporting them and their Contractor.

We have provided this service as a follow on to procurement support and advice from PML. We have also been engaged, independent of the procurement process, as an additional resource to support the mobilisation process and preconstruction activities. Furthermore, we have supported organisations to ‘turnaround’ performance and bring mobilisation programmes back on track when things have gone wrong.

Helping to improve and supplement the skills of your in-house teams, we can be a ‘critical friend’ that can help you focus your approach and deliver a successful mobilisation. We always tailor our approach for each client as we don’t believe in a ‘one size, fits all’ approach.
